Wyatt Ciomperlik is the CEO and President of Operations. In his role, Wyatt oversees strategy and corporate development, research and product development, marketing and public relations, service delivery, sourcing, information technology, and security.
Wyatt brings 14 years of experience at all levels of the information systems sector from field support and management to product development. Most notably, 10 of those years have been within Xerox corporation where he specialized in matters concerning state and federal government accounts, with special interests in technical compliance and security. He has been a pivotable technical resource for some of Xerox’s largest public sector accounts, leading large teams of multidisciplined experts, contributing to major contract renewals, and earning national recognition.
Wyatt has earned respect among his peers in several federal agencies, having led or contributed to several audits governed or ran by the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Health & Human Services.
Janice Ciomperlik is the CFO and Corporate Manager. In her role, Janice oversees the company’s finance operations, including finance strategy, planning and analysis, treasury, tax and risk management.
Janice brings a lifetime of experience working in the financial sector to the organization, with nearly 30 years of experience in executive roles as a lender or loan administrator for banks across Texas.
She has underwritten, closed and serviced countless commercial and consumer loans for the primary and secondary markets and has a track record of quality loan origination and servicing, lack of portfolio delinquency, and excellent relationship management.
Janice is the membership chairman of Randolf Metrocom Rotary Club and holds a Batchelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Pan American.
Daniel J. Watt is the Construction Manager. In his role, Dan oversees the company’s construction activities including quality assurance, safety, and permitting.
Dan brings 16 years of experience at a variety of levels in the information systems, communications, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industry. He has been a key player and team leader in a variety of non-profit and public sector projects, most notably is Internet for Humanity’s Ugandan broadband project, and the State of Indiana’s statewide emergency radio system.
Dan holds several certificates and licensures, among them he is a certified FEMA Incident Commander, a certified All-Hazards Communications Technician, and is a licensed General Radiotelephone Operator.
